What was the highlight of Fantastic House
A great value close to everything in Cartagena.
The hotel staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and very quiet yet quite close to excellent restaurants and the attractions of Cartagena.
The “pool” is very small and not really of use.

What was the highlight of Fantastic House
Wonderful staff.
The location was excellent. 5 minutes walk to the walled city, 5 minutes walk to the castle, close to restaurants but in a quite street. The staff were wonderful and helped us with so many things.
Our room was small and the position of the wardrobe and the bed made it difficult to get to the wardrobe. They do have larger rooms but it seems none were available. This was the only reason we gave a lower rating.

Small, without a real window, but good for the historical center
Clean rooms, a friendly breakfast lady, a great location, 24 hour reception desk, a quiet place
The swimming pool is a joke, it was two times two meters, two meters from the reception desk, nobody ever used it, of course! What they say the equipment of the hotel is to a large extent not true. The room was rather small, only a tiny window to a vent, no place where you could put your things, no chair or a couch, no tea kettle,

What was the highlight of Fantastic House
Great guesthouse in the Getsemani neighborhood
Great staff, great location. Came back here for a 1 night stay on our way out of Colombia after a longer stay earlier in the week. The room seemed to have improved with better bedding while we were out, as we were assigned the same room as our earlier stay.
With the improvement in the bedding, this place is pretty solid as a guesthouse. I would continue to maintain that standard.
